Happy Thanksgiving week everyone (if you celebrate it and if not, happy week)! As the years go by, I desire less and less to cook big holiday meals and I’ve come to realize that it’s because of the lack of appreciation and many complaints by certain, ahem, little members of the family. So this year, I’m letting go of tradition and making Korean spare ribs as the main dish and traditional Thanksgiving sides. Who says we have to follow tradition if it doesn’t work for our family?! I feel like it’s another ‘should’ in a long list of ‘shoulds’ I’m finally letting go.

I am reaching out to you to ask for your help (and hopefully I can ‘help’ back). My friend Sharece Phillips and I are starting a new podcast called Advice from the Deep End. We wanted to get your questions about life, however simple or complex, and instead of just offering surface platitudes, get into a deeper discussion about it to try and get to the root of the issue. If you don’t know who Sharece is, I had her on the Coffee with Intention podcast a while back which you can listen to here or wherever you get your podcast. The best part of submitting a question is that you can do it anonymously!

So whether you actually need advice or would love to hear a deep dive discussion on it, please help us out so we can actually get the podcast started by submitting a question using the button below. I would greatly appreciate it!
