One of the biggest things that changed when I started this journey two and half years ago, with this very newsletter that you are reading, is that I stopped living in the shallow end.  I stopped showing up as a shallow version of myself, as a ‘ghost’ as Glennon Doyle would say. To stop picking and choosing which side was safe enough to show and which had to stay hidden. To stop keeping everything locked up behind perfectionism and to dive deep, to want to look beneath the surface of everything and everyone. Once I started doing that, a community started forming around me of women who were looking for the same. While much of this self-healing journey is done alone, we are creatures of community, both desiring and needing to be around others. When we’re on our journeys, who we surround ourselves with matters.

If you haven’t done so already, I invite you to check out Empowered Sisterhood and watch the video to learn more about it and if it resonates with you, sign up to receive an invitation when it opens next month.
