I am so thrilled to be presenting Raw Storytelling for Women on the topic of boundaries for BECU Women’s Leadership Group conference!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For us women to step up and lead, we need to learn to speak and that begins with trusting ourselves enough to speak our truth. So many times, we hold ourselves back from speaking because we worry about performing, perfection and judgement. We also try to speak like men because of the patriarchal belief ingrained in us that we have to act like men to be powerful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Raw Storytelling events are all about flipping that on its head and empowering women to speak up and be seen and heard in a supportive environment so that women learn to feel GOOD when they do this. I so miss having these events in person but am excited to bring it virtually to the women of BECU. Thank you Tish Held for inviting me as a presenter for this empowering conference!
