I did a photoshoot for The Real Estate Gals (and guy) a few years ago and it was time to update their photographs. While I did exterior photos prior, I now shoot in my studio. They were up for changing the look of their photographs by agreeing to have a studio shoot for their team. What they appreciated about the type of photography I do now versus before is all the direction they received on how to pose and look as natural as possible. When you’re sitting for a picture, it’s so stressful to not know what to do. What do I do with my hands? Do I have a double chin? Does my smile look natural? These are all things, and more, that we think about when we have our picture taken. Receiving direction from a skilled photographer takes all the guesswork and stress out of the experience and you end up with pictures that are a better reflection of you.
The team wanted more casual photographs but loved the look of the dark gray background so opted for them. They wanted each team member to look her best but have a more fun, casual group photograph.
I am so very grateful to have clients who return to me for their photography needs. It is truly a blessing.
