In our hustle and achievement based culture, it’s so easy to place all of our value on outcome and what we produce. While those things can be meaningful, placing all of our value in those things means we forget to enjoy the journey. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The journey of life isn’t about what’s at the end… it’s about how we show up for it and being present to experience the process. Valuing how we show up can be applied to anything and everything we do because the truth is, we cannot always control the outcome. And when things don’t turn out as planned, we can always find comfort in knowing that we showed up as best as we could and that that is enough. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
